Our Sectors

Environment, Climate, Conservation & Sustainability

Never has environmental leadership, both individual and collective, been so important.

Addressing the climate and ecological emergency requires ingenuity, disruption, and collaboration on a sizeable scale, and we know we need this now.

We’re proud to work across the spectrum of environmental, climate-based, conservation and sustainability focused organisations, including local and global NGOs and charities that are protecting species, landscapes, natural resources and the rights of indigenous communities; campaigning and advocacy organisations who are identifying and challenging ecocide and championing climate justice; as well as philanthropies who are providing vital financial support and infrastructure to climate change initiatives and environmental research. We also work with research organisations working on climate-solutions and sustainability-led companies looking at issues from supply-chains and agriculture to responsible procurement.

Our recent placements include:

I’m fascinated by behaviour change, talent development and sustainability and systems orientated leadership especifically for the social and environmental impact sector where achieving goals can feel like a never-ending journey. I firmly believe that acting on climate change should be everyone’s priority and we need to harness the talent and skills of many different people, and many different types of organisations to achieve results. Developing the Environment, Climate and Conservation sector specialism has enabled me to support the sector I love and to work with a wide and fascinating breath of clients to understand their talent needs, to appoint and support amazing and diverse people into leadership positions.
