In recent decades human consumption has accelerated. We now face the consequences, including rising sea levels, extreme weather events, biodiversity loss, species extinction and food & water insecurity amongst others. These issues are already affecting economies, societies, habitats and wildlife around the world – impacting all of us, and especially those already vulnerable.

We also know that we are the generation who can still act on these issues and are encouraged by the mobilisation worldwide. That is why, at Oxford HR, we support and are passionate about working with organisations seeking sustainable solutions and we are working to become a greener business ourselves.

Many members of our team have worked for environmental, climate and conservation organisations and programmes, so we are equipped with the knowledge, understanding and networks to identify exceptional candidates to fulfil the leadership roles needed to safeguard our future and protect the natural world.

We have a strong track record in environmental assignments, placing senior leaders and trustees with clients such as WWF, Greenpeace, WeForest, Blue Ventures, 360.org, Earthwatch, Sahara Conservation Fund, the Global Climate Fund, Water Witness International, Practical Action and many more.

The world is changing, and we are collectively seeking new and innovative ways to address the unprecedented challenges we face.
