About Oxford HR

Formed in the 1990s by a group of HR experts in the international development arena, Oxford HR is a specialist global leadership consultancy providing executive search and organisational consulting services, focusing on the for-purpose sector. Based originally in Oxford UK, we now have offices in London, Amsterdam and Nairobi and are planning the launch of our Asia and Americas offices. There are around 50 of us, and we are growing rapidly.

The Role

Organisational Effectiveness is an integral and growing practice within Oxford HR, supporting our search team as well as clients directly with our evidence-based approaches to organisational, team, and leadership development, including leadership assessment. Our assessment products, which we deliver virtually, are in growing demand, and our work supporting leadership teams and organisations through change is expanding at pace. We are now looking for experienced organisational consultants and assessors to work with the core team on an associate basis.

What we look for in our Associates

  • OD consultants and leadership assessors who excel at supporting senior teams and organisations through change, who can write high-quality, jargon-free, succinct reports, and who can engage well with candidates and clients at the most senior level.
  • Accreditation in and experience of using the Hogan HPI, MVPI and HDS, these being the core instruments we use within our assessment and development work.
  • A flexible and collaborative style: we are a close-knit bunch of collegiate relationship-builders and look for these qualities in our Associates.
  • Familiarity with or an interest in working with organisations within the for-purpose sector.
  • Set up as a limited company or similar, with professional indemnity insurance, and appropriate qualifications and professional accreditation.
  • Located anywhere within our core regions: Africa, Asia & MENA, Australasia, Europe, and the UK. We are a diverse team and are actively looking to build on this.

 

Permanent roles
