Oxford HR was launched in Canada and the U.S. by Associate Directors, Alanna Rondi and Evelyne Guindon, in December 2021. Located in Toronto and Ottawa, our North American team comes with extensive expertise in the international development and humanitarian sector working with leading organizations in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. The team has a deep understanding of the fast-changing funding environment and the leadership needs of today’s for-purpose organizations. They have extensive networks in INGOs, multilaterals, governments and the private sector. They also have firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges faced by leaders in the development sector and are eager to find the next generation of leaders through the broad range services offered by Oxford HR. The ability to tap into Oxford HRs extensive global reach and diverse talent pool is critical to the success of the sector and the team is motivated to continue their efforts at building strong, resilient development organizations equipped to meet the challenges of today and beyond.
Central-Southern America
We launched in Central-Southern America in early 2022. Our Associate Director, Jennifer Chumacero, has wide-reaching networks in the region and a comprehensive understanding of the context that For-Purpose organisations are operating within. Through our local and global knowledge, our Oxford HR Americas team have the skills to drive positive change and partner with clients to find and nurture leaders that will help achieve their missions.
