We are continuing to expand our reach across the continent in order to bring the benefits of our success and expertise elsewhere in the world to the region’s not-for-profit and for-purpose organisations. Our global consultancy team are experts in appointing both development leaders from the field and talented private sector professionals, and we excel at sourcing leaders with hard-to-find skill sets.

Our understanding of the goals and challenges of not-for-profit and for-purpose organisations, and our already extensive network of contacts, gives us an impressive reach than spans across commercial, academic, government and multi-lateral sectors, from aid and development agencies to social enterprises and corporate business. We conduct closely targeted recruitment searches on a global basis in both the North and the South to source the talented personnel needed to deliver positive outcomes and affect long-lasting change.
