At Oxford HR we are passionate about the role that higher education and research has in transforming our experience of the world and tackling our greatest challenges, both globally and locally. We work with higher education institutions and sector agencies to identify leaders with the ability to empower others and bring transformative impact to their organisations and beyond. 

Our team has extensive experience in the Higher Education sector, having worked with a wide range of clients, from large multi-disciplinary universities to smaller specialist institutions, across the UK as well as globally.

We have experience of supporting academic leadership appointments including Heads of Department, Deans, Deputy and Pro Vice-Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors, as well as on professional services leadership roles, such as Chief Operating Officers, Chief Finance Officers, Directors of Human Resources, and a range of other outward-facing and student-facing roles. We also have experience of advising universities on Chair and Board appointments and work closely with our Organisational Effectiveness practice to provide a range of complementary services. 

Whatever the assignment, we work in partnership with our clients to provide bespoke support. We pride ourselves in a clear, transparent and rigorous approach to search, with a strong emphasis on diversity and outstanding candidate care.
