Health leaders face many challenges in funding and resources across the diverse groups and populations they serve. Developed populations are living longer, and chronic and complex medical conditions need different models of care and treatment. Non-Executives, Chief Executives and Directors across the sector need to embrace these challenges and deliver cost-effective health solutions, making informed, evidence-based clinical, scientific and social decisions, often within highly regulated environments.
