Wendy is a registered Occupational Psychologist and Coach with 27 years’ experience in in designing and delivering large scale organisational culture change, leadership development and team effectiveness programmes in the profit and for-purpose sectors internationally in Africa, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Wendy started her career at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station in South Africa and has contributed to the development of industry-wide leadership and behavioiural assessment guidelines for organisations such as the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA) and World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO).

Wendy has a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, is a certified Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC, Senior Practitioner) and an accredited user of a range of psychometric assessments. Her organisational experience includes middle and senior management roles in the public and private sectors.
