Valentin Lavdakov

Valentin joined Oxford HR Consultants in August 2021 on a part-time basis and become a full-time employee in November 2021. As a Finance and HR Officer, he supports the CEO and the Director of Operations with the HR department by managing all operational aspects of the employee life cycle and supporting the team globally with any HR queries. Valentin assists the Finance department by preparing financial reports, processing invoices, day-to-day accounting functions, payments, and general data entry.

Valentin holds an MSc in Petrochemical Engineering, MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and MSc in Economics with a specialist in Finance from various Universities in Bulgaria. In 2020 he completed a Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration from Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College in London, and in 2021 he completed a Level 2 Certificate in Lean Management Techniques from Moulton College in Northampton. He worked for over 10 years in the Petrochemical Industry and his work experience in the UK is mostly related to the educational sector, holding various positions within the University of Oxford.

He is interested in art and music, enjoys running, cycling, playing tennis, and socialising with friends and family.
