Tim started working with Oxford HR in 2018, having graduated with a BSc in Product Design from Brunel University London. He is a multi-disciplinary designer, with many years of experience designing graphics with impact and seamless user experiences. Initially designing consumer products, he has since worked on a diverse range of projects from creating brand guidelines to website re-design and creation, animated video, event collateral and strategic brand positioning documents both for startups and large companies such as WWF, Motorola and Pyrex.
Tim has a keen interest in design as a tool for positive social change, in particular among racial inequality and children’s social care, and has pursued this through previous work for the GravityLight Foundation, small not-for-profit startups, and now at Oxford HR.

I am writing to thank you and the team at Oxford HR for all the work done, and guidance given, on our search for a chief executive for Rwanda Action.
I know that we could not have found such an impressive candidate with such an excellent fit with our organisation, without you and the team at Oxford HR. I also know how much work has gone on behind the scenes to make this appointment possible: the preparation of the initial brief, discussions with candidates, the collating of all the information and the reporting back to the board
