Roisin Reynolds

Roisin is an executive coach and development practitioner bringing 15 years’ experience designing and delivering organisational capacity-building programmes across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, in partnership with public and private sector clients. She previously led a development consulting practice within a large professional services firm, navigating two major horizontal mergers along the way, and has also worked within social enterprises. Roisin has supported a number of initiatives to build inclusive organisational cultures and founded a thriving network to support women in the aid sector into leadership roles.

Roisin is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialled coach, an Agile PM Practitioner and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. She holds an MPhil in Development Studies and an MBA. She lives in Singapore and has spent over five years working in Asia.
