Maria Barco

Maria is a Spanish national currently based in the United Kingdom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and an MSc in International Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies from the University of Glasgow.

After she finished her master’s studies, Maria started working in public sector consultancy in the electoral process field. She has also worked for the Spanish Ministry of Home Affairs as an intelligence analyst.

Maria has always wanted to orientate her professional career to the non-profit sector. She has a technical certification in Humanitarian Aid, and she is currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Law. Her main areas of interest are conflict resolution and Human Rights.
