”We are at an inflection point in the development and climate sectors to ensure our work isnt just sustainable, but regenerative. This requires a transformation in how we conceptualize these fields and the structures of our institutions, and this is achieved by promoting diverse leadership. OxfordHR is at the forefront of this work and I am proud to be a part of that.
