Having originally conceived and set up our Organisational Effective practice, David now provides strategic oversight for this fast-growing area of our business, whilst also working with clients to develop solutions that enable their sustainability and success. He has been working with Oxford HR since 2019 and brings 30 years of experience working both as a change leader within and a consultant to global organisations across the for purpose, public and private sectors.
David brings wide-ranging expertise, from assessing organisational culture and capability and then devising ways to change and improve how a business operates, to advising on and implementing progressive leadership assessment and development practices, providing insightful 1:1 leadership and careers coaching, and facilitating top team and board development that sharpens collective focus and impact. David is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach, an affiliate with two international business schools, and an accredited user of an extensive range of psychometric instruments and other diagnostic tools.
