David provides strategic guidance to the business as an independent board advisor, having originally partnered with us to conceive and set up our Organisational Effective practice. He has been working with Oxford HR since 2019 and brings over 30 years of experience working both as a change leader within and a consultant to global organisations across the for purpose, public and private sectors. David is a Chartered Occupational and Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach with his own consultancy practice, and an affiliate with two international business schools.
