Blessing joined Oxford HR in 2022 as a Project Coordinator. She previously held a leadership position in a youth development project and has over 6 years experience working on various projects in a not-for-profit organization. She holds a BSc in Human Resource Management and a master’s in Industrial Psychology.
She possesses great organizational skills, knows how to get more work done with fewer resources, delivers more on time, and still has fun at the office.
She is very passionate about walking the extra mile to help alleviate the suffering of those amid a crisis. When not working or helping those in need, you will find her hiking, traveling, or spending time with family.
”Working in the for-purpose sector for a company such as Oxford HR is incredibly rewarding, it's a career path that focuses on driving change and helping to improve the lives of others. Oxford HR is a great place to work, it is full of inspirational people from different background.

I am writing to thank you and the team at Oxford HR for all the work done, and guidance given, on our search for a chief executive for Rwanda Action.
I know that we could not have found such an impressive candidate with such an excellent fit with our organisation, without you and the team at Oxford HR. I also know how much work has gone on behind the scenes to make this appointment possible: the preparation of the initial brief, discussions with candidates, the collating of all the information and the reporting back to the board
