What challenges and opportunities were you facing when growing this team?

The main challenge was recruiting several people at the same time while making sure that I have the right balance in terms of skills and personalities. It all happened at a very exciting time for Reall as we started developing our corporate strategy and working out the best approach to deliver our mission. On a personal level, as a manager and leader of the team, I needed to adapt my preferred ways of working to ensure that the team has the right level of support. This is something I am learning every day in my regular interactions with the team.

How did the collaboration with Oxford HR add value?

The most significant contribution of Oxford HR was the breadth and depth of candidates that we interviewed. This really spoke to the diversity of profiles that I felt was critical for the team success. Oxford HR was very supportive throughout the entire process from initial interviews to recruitment.
