What makes Oxford HR different?
We believe our values and personal pride, combined with the backgrounds and expertise of our consulting team in delivering sustainable results set us apart. We are solutions orientated, innovative, supportive, flexible and the quality of our advice and insight is significant above that which is offered by other executive search firms.
Whatever your requirement, interim or permanent, you’ll receive expert, timely and appropriate advice from a consultant who has an intimate understanding of the market, combining expertise and insight, with a creative and innovative approach.
Oxford HR has unparalleled access to networks of quality candidates at senior levels throughout the commercial, public and civil society sectors, and via our contacts within Government and Parliament. This has resulted in our consultants being regularly invited to speak on matters connected to governance, leadership and diversity by city firms, livery companies, Government and the Civil Service and the national media.
Oxford HR’s recruitment practice, developed over 25 years provides a robust resourcing methodology that delivers auditable evidence of rigour and due diligence. We take time at the outset to gain a deeper, more in-depth understanding of your organisation, your strategic priorities, key challenges, culture and values, building upon the conversations which have already taken place and our own independent research.
We work with you to make sure the role is clearly defined and to develop the role description and person specification to reflect the key aspects of the post and we will agree with you the experience and personal qualities required, clarifying a list of ‘must have’ and ‘nice to have’ criteria against which all applicants will be assessed.
We will help you to promote the opportunity through your own networks and undertake fresh desk based research, making the most of our stakeholder briefings to identify individuals who may be either prospective candidates or potential sources. We will ensure that our search is targeted to be in-depth but broad enough for us to be open to interesting candidates who share your ambitions but who potentially would bring something new to the role. We will also make use of our extensive personal and professional networks to add weight to this campaign.
Successful problem solving relies on an understanding of the environment and context within which our client operates. Working in partnership with you, our innovative and collaborative approach is specifically designed to mitigate your risk by understanding and accounting for your unique situation and requirement.
