An international consortium of leading organisations, including The Union, will be implementing this global programme. The Deputy Director will serve as the second technical liaison (after the CTB Director) with the USAID mission, the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP), Challenge TB country project partners both in country and abroad, as well as with other relevant USAID and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) implementing partners in DRC.

Gatsby is looking for several Programme Managers and Senior Programme Managers. PMs/SPMs play a central role at Gatsby taking responsibility for a specific component of a large sector programme, and/or providing technical support to Programme Directors in more cross-cutting functions. All roles will likely report to either the specific sector Programme Director or one of the Africa Programme Directors based in London. Candidates for PM posts should have a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, while SPM posts require at least 8 years’ relevant experience.
